Maoists mark shutdown, blow railway track in J khand


Hehegada, June 27 (ANI): Maoists today attacked the Hehegada railway station in Jharkhand blowing up a railway track between Barawadih and Barkakana stations to mark their shutdown and protest against operation Green Hunt initiated by the armed forces of the central government. Cabin master Kripal informed that the Maoists had completely destroyed the railway station and had burnt the official files and furniture. Meanwhile, the driver B P Mahato said that Maoists had beaten him up for plying train despite the shutdown.
