Who incites children to indulge in stone-pelting, ask Kashmir Valley residents
Srinagar, Oct 06 (ANI): Many of these stone-pelters, who are at the age group of 12 to 15, are unaware of the consequences of their wrongdoing. These misled children are provoked by separatists whose family members are living safely in other parts of the country and abroad. The residents of the Kashmir Valley have now questioned the intention of Kashmiri separatists for making their children victims. Stone pelting has become a routine feature of street protests in Srinagar since 2008. The protesters pelt stones on police and paramilitary forces and use children as 'shields'. By encouraging small children to engage in stone pelting, the separatists are preparing them to be criminals. The people of the Kashmir Valley must realize the nefarious designs of separatist leaders and other hooligans who are provoking poor children toward stone-pelting. Young lives are precious for the social and economic development of Jammu and Kashmir.
