Terrorists used civilians as shields: Police on Baramulla attack
Baramulla, Oct 03 (ANI): Divulging details on the Baramulla terrorist attack, district’s Superintendent of Police (SSP) Imtiyaz Hussain stated that the civilians were used as shields due to which security forces could not retaliate heavily. He added that Army and the Border Security Force (BSF) jointly gave a befitting response to the terrorists but they managed to escape in the dark. At least one soldier was killed and another one grievously injured after a group of terrorists targeted 46 RR camp in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district. Home Minister Rajnath Singh, took stock of the situation by holding a discussing with the National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. Doval then briefed Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the incident.
