Students in Kashmir valley call for an end to strikes
Srinagar, Oct 07 (ANI): Students in the Kashmir valley are worried as the government has announced dates for the final examination and they have not attended classes for the past three months. Schools in the valley have been closed for over three months because of continuous shutdown called by separatists in response to the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani on July 8. The parents and students are worried and angry because of irreparable loss of time to acquire a decent education. The schools are still closed and the government has announced dates for final exams in the state. They are demanding restoration of classes and postponement of 10th and 12th class examinations.
