Petition to declare Pakistan ‘a terror supporting state’ floated in U.K.
New Delhi, Oct 01 (ANI): A petition to declare Pakistan a terror supporting state and condemning Pakistan for providing safe haven for terrorists has been floated on United Kingdom’s government website. The petition read that ‘Pakistan continues to double speak on issue of terrorism. It has aided and abetted enemies of the international coalition (of which Britain is a leading partner with the US) against terrorism. Osama Bin Laden's hide out was in Pakistan. Pakistan continues to harbour UN sanctioned terror networks.’ The UK Parliament would hold a discussion on the issue if the petition has 100,000 signatures. Until now, the petition has been signed by 2,803 people. The deadline of the petition is six months i.e. March 29, 2017.
